All are encourage to come during this period. Please make your personal arrangement if you wish to take your race pack by your representative.
Race pack collection and Briefing for participants who wish to know more detail about the route of their respective categories.
WE WILL GO BY GROUPS of PARTICIPANTS FOR BRIEFING EACH HOUR STARTING AT 1pm.

4AM – Arrival of ALL Organizing committee
5AM – Arrival of All participants. Breakfast on your own at the nearest shop in town.
5.50AM – ALL Participants WARM UP
6.00 AM – Arrival of VVIP
6.10AM – Head count for all 12 KM Adventure RUN ( Safety reason) Warm up
6.25AM – 12 KM Adventure Run FLAG OFF ( 4 hours cut off time)
6.25AM – 6.35AM Head count for all Ride for Nature (warm up)
6.40AM – Ride For Nature FLAG OFF ( 4 Hours cut off time)
7.00AM We will have some fun games for public.
9.30AM Prize giving ceremony ( TO ALL TOP TEN WINNERS FOR RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES )
10.30AM Expecting all participant to be at the venue. ( Lunch /own expenses)
